  • 20 Minutes: Ways to Relax
    • Play on the smoothing music
    • Warm down with infinity yoga walking style
    • Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercises & Techniques
  • 20 Minutes: Self massage and suitable Asana for pregnant women
    • Introduction of Self massage
    • Introduction of Asana (Physical Posture)
  • 10 Minutes: Dos and Don’ts for pregnant women
  • 20 Minutes: Diet and lifestyle for pregnant women
    • Alkaline Food and Acidic Food
    • Sentient Food, Mutative Food and Static Food
    • Easy Digestive Choices of Food

*Each ticket will be accompanied with 1 free drink at the end of the session.
*Guest are to bring their own yoga mat for event exercises
