HIIT barre, which combines the toning benefits of barre workouts with the cardio benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for one explosive workout. This quick routine will strengthen your entire body while getting your heart rate up.
Develop long lean muscles while improving your flexibility and balance as we work with basic ballet moves. You’ll be able to observe changes in your body as you gain strength and tone muscles in your arms, legs and core.

About the instructor
Janice is a certified barre and yoga instructor who believes in making fitness fun and being able to help each individual set achievable goals. Her classes are kept small and personalised so that all students get maximum benefit from these sessions.
