Suspension – Body Weight Workout

This workout is a form of suspension training bodyweight exercise that helps to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.


It requires the use of the suspension trainer, a portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

Suitable for all gender, ages and fitness background with friendly and professional instructors.

Wed, 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th February8 to 9pm
 Thu, 8th, 15th or 22nd February9 to 10am

Price: S$20 per person
Venue: EQUIP Fitness, Bukit Timah Plaza (exact address will be given upon registration.
