30-minute HIIT workout on water! FloatFit HIIT, high-intensity low impact, cross training, cross training workout …all on water using the world’s first floating exercise mat, the Aquabase.
FloatFit makes the most of water’s instability. It uses the full length of the AquaBase to maximum effect. The core is worked continually to maintain balance.

- Bring your own towel, change of dry clothes and a bottle of water
- Shower facilities are provided
- Participants must be be comfortable with water and know basic swimming
- Wear any kind of swimwear, lycra or dry-fit gym attire
- Pls arrive at least 15mins before the class as late comers will not be allowed to join the class due to safety reasons and session will be forfeited
