We’ve talked about breakfast before, and how it’s contested as the most important meal of the day (even if a lot of people choose to skip it) after all, it charges up our bodies and allows us to have enough energy to start off our day. As mentioned in a previous article, eating protein will cause a lot of amino acids to enter the brain which causes alertness. Thus, why not start the day off right with a higher protein breakfast?

This combination also provides quite an extensive protein intake at 15.2g. It’s also fast and easy to make, and sure to give you that energy boost in the morning without a sugar low.
