Experience Laughter Yoga for FREE if you haven’t done so! This month’s session will be on Boxing Day where you can continue the merriment from Christmas over and enjoy a workout with friends after the feasting from the days before.
Laughter yoga (Hasyayoga) is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yoga is done in groups, with eye contact and playfulness between participants. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter.

Time: 9:45am – 11a.m. (We will proceed off meeting point at 10 am sharp)
Meeting Point: Green grass above Raffles Place MRT. Look for Dr Martha Lee’s picnic mat.
* In the case of rain/ haze, we will do it at the nearest shelter.
Make new friends, have some laughs and lots of fun! Do come in comfortable clothes (we’ll be doing lots of movement, jumping and maybe even laying on the grass.) You will not require yoga mats but feel free to bring towels to clean up after. Registration not required.
About the Facilitator
Founder of Eros Coaching, Dr. Martha Tara Lee is a Clinical Sexologist in Singapore who has a doctorate in human sexuality. She is also a certified Laughter Yoga Leader. Often cited in the local media, Dr. Lee is the appointed sex expert for Men’s Health Singapore, and Men’s Health Malaysia. She was recognised as one of ‘Top 50 Inspiring Women Under 40′ by Her World in July 2010, and one of ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women’ by CozyCot in March 2011.
