Dr. Surinder Arora, Integrative Dentist and Health Coach

Dr SurinderSurinder qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from the University of Sheffield, UK. In addition she has completed post graduate dental studies. Holding a holistic view to health care, her further studies deem her a sought after Certified Health Coach.

Her aim is to guide others in becoming more aware of their own bodies and minds and taking ownership of their own health. She places importance on education and encourages prevention rather than cure in maintaining optimum health.

Being healthy doesn’t have to be hard. You are a unique human being with your own needs and understanding this is the first step to figuring out what works for you. Surinder believes that diets simply don’t work and with so much information out there, getting started on a healthy path can be overwhelming. One size certainly does not fit all and it is her job to help you to uncover what works for you.

Your body is a temple. With complete nourishment it is a wonderful machine that allows you to be the best possible version of yourself at all times. However, if your health and energy begin to dip, or suboptimum fuel is put into your machine, the way you show up in the world may look a little different.

How do we find the balance in our lives? Health is not just about what we are eating or how much we are exercising. There are many lifestyle factors that contribute to us feeling on top of the world. When you uncover the secrets to yourself and your needs, working on feeling great in your body inside and out becomes easy! Surinder will look at what is on your plate as well as a multitude of lifestyle factors including exercise, sleep, relationships, down time and career to uncover what is stopping you from reaching your health goals. She will work with you to guide and support you in getting to where you want to be.

As well as taking an integrative approach to health care, Surinder does the same with dentistry looking at how food impacts the mouth and how simple shifts in what we consume can make a huge difference on our oral and general well being.

Surinder has been involved with various volunteering projects including dental mission trips, teen retreats and public education seminars on general and oral health.
