The classic Laphroaig 10 Year Old is bound to captivate fans of bold and full-bodied whiskies with its smoky peat flavours, while the refined Bruichladdich’s The Classic Laddie glides on the palate with refreshing whiffs of oak fragrance and a subtle hint of barley. Cantonese Cuisine at Cassia, Capella Singapore
For fathers who prefer Chinese food, Cassia at Capella might be a good choice. Featuring traditional Cantonese cuisine, they will have a special 6-course menu on Father’s Day that’s created by Executive Chef Lee Jiu Ngai. Highlights are Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Maca and Wolfberry, Baked King Prawn with Cheese, Steamed Dried Scallops Glutinous Rice with Baked Alaska Plaice Fish in BBQ Sauce.
