Ride on a Harley with Brunch on Route 66, Capella Singapore


Back by popular demand, The Knolls at Capella will once again be transformed into a racing track on Father’s Day with Brunch on Route 66. The brunch will be offering indulgences such as Foie Gras Terrine with Cherry Purée and Candied Walnut, Slow Cooked Grilled Pork Ribs with Whisky BBQ Glaze and Piccalilli Sauce, Roasted Lamb Leg glazed with honey, Guinness Beer and Pommery Mustard Gravy and more!

Free Flow Beers at Adrift by David Myers, Marina Bay Sands Singapore


Another brunch venue would be at celebrity chef restaurant Adrift by David Myers where dad can indulge in a medley of Adrift’s well-loved brunch classics, such as the Adrift Eggs Benedict (S$22++) and juicy Adrift Wagyu Cheeseburger (S$28++).

Double the merry-making with glasses of cold amber beers as the restaurant dishes out a free flow beer special (S$30++). From 12pm to 3pm, brunch goers can enjoy endless mugs of Suntory Premium Malt beer, Suntory Black beer and Stella Artois.

Exclusive Whisky Flight at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Marina Bay Sands Singapore

Celebrate Father’s Day in style at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, as the Michelin-starred restaurant presents an exclusive whisky flight on 17th June (S$48++ for three tasting pours of 30ml each). The classic Laphroaig 10 Year Old is bound to captivate fans of bold and full-bodied whiskies with its smoky peat flavours, while the refined Bruichladdich’s The Classic Laddie glides on the palate with refreshing whiffs of oak fragrance and a subtle hint of barley. Diners who opt for the whisky flight will also get to taste the unique Bruichladdich’s Octovore, a single malt Scotch whisky that excites the senses with its rich, smoky intensity, balanced with the sweet scent of honeyed vanilla.

Cantonese Cuisine at Cassia, Capella Singapore

For fathers who prefer Chinese food, Cassia at Capella might be a good choice. Featuring traditional Cantonese cuisine, they will have a special 6-course menu on Father’s Day that’s created by Executive Chef Lee Jiu Ngai. Highlights are Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Maca and Wolfberry, Baked King Prawn with Cheese, Steamed Dried Scallops Glutinous Rice with Baked Alaska Plaice Fish in BBQ Sauce. The meal will end on a sweet noted with Chilled Cream of Black Glutinous Rice with Passion Fruit Sorbet.

This set meal is available from 16th to 17th June for both Lunch (12 noon to 2.00pm) and Dinner (6.30pm to 10.00pm) at S$138++ per person, including a glass of Taittinger Champagne.

International Buffet at RISE, Marina Bay Sands Singapore

If you can’t decide whether to go local or western, why not go to an International Buffet at RISE that offers Asian delights such as Oyster Mee Sua, western delicacies such as Pan Seared Foie Gras with Red Wine Grape and Balsamic, fresh seafood such as lobster and snow crab and even gourmet dishes such as Moroccan Style Roasted Whole Baby Lamb.
