Muay Thai Boxing is a Muay Thai base class that is sure to make your heart rate skyrocket and cause you to engage multiple muscle groups, packing a calorie-burning punch and kicks in each session.

Besides learning the basic skills of a Thai boxer that combines both cardio and resistant training. This high intensity interval training (HIIT) will provide you a total body workout.
