Strength & Mobility Yogalates in the Park

This total body workout will get your heart rate up and help you to lose fat, as well as get stronger! It will be a combination of strength and mobility drills, core conditioning, and stretching (incorporating elements of yoga and pilates). We will meet in front of the stage area at Hong Lim Park.

There are options for all levels so beginners are welcome! You will come out of this session feeling stronger and refreshed!
